Hi all. My name is Conroy Baltimore and welcome to Conroy’s Cosy Corner (Don’t laugh at me, the blog name is a work in progress).

This has been a long time in the making, but I’ve finally decided to put my writing out there. Unless it’s for an assignment, I’m very particular about my writing and don’t really like people seeing it. Those that have read things that I’ve written tell me that I have a talent for writing. My mom always tells me that I’m going to write a book in the future (I think she’s crazy for that one, but I love you, mom!)

What will this site consist of? That’s a great question. I’m actually still trying to figure it out myself. I do have a few stories of people who I’ve interviewed that will be included. I’ll also cover my favorite sport, BASKETBALL ( YOUR FAVORITE SPORT CAN NEVER COMPARE, DON’T DEBATE ME!) And last but not least, I’ll also cover one of my other loves, which is anime. For those that don’t know what it is, anime is another name for Japanese cartoons. Trust me when I say, that they are amazing. But you’ll have to see that for yourself.

Like I said before, this has been a long time in the making. This is a huge step for me because I was always afraid of people judging my writing. Now I’m at a place in my life where I want people to see how well I can write and get to know another side of me. This is also for my well-being because it’s allowing me to become uncomfortable so that I can grow and it’s such an amazing feeling.

Alright, my fingers are starting to hurt, so I’m going to end this post. But I just want to thank anyone who took the time to read this. It means so much to me. I know that I have ways to go, but I needed to start somewhere. And to all the other writers out there, if you have any tips or pointers for me, please don’t hesitate to give me feedback. I’d love to hear what you have to say.
